Pilsener

Pilseners are historically golden and clear with a notable degree of bitterness and hop character. With a blend of lager malts to provide a delicate palate, Coopers Pilsener is true to the style, combining malt characters with a subtle hop aroma and dryness of finish.

Pale Straw in colour. Moderately light-bodied, with a slightly sulphurous nose. Clean and lively on the palate with mild flavours and a crisp finish. A good example of a light pale lager with a particularly clean palate.
