fruit, the palate shows bold malt flavours with balanced hop bitterness on the
finish. India Pale Ale originated from Burton, England and was originally heavily hopped, so it could be shipped on the long voyage to the empire, especially
India. Retaining the style on which it was based, Coopers have used a pale ale malt and prolonged mashing time to produce the malty fullness and fruity esters balanced with a lingering hop bitterness.
