India Pale Ale

With 1.5kg of Pale Malt and this is the Best India Pale Ale
Amber and golden hues, with a strong white head, malt aromas and a hint of fruit, the palate shows bold malt flavours with balanced hop bitterness on the finish. India Pale Ale originated from Burton, England and was originally heavily hopped, so it could be shipped on the long voyage to the empire, especially India.

Retaining the style on which it was based, Coopers have used a pale ale malt and prolonged mashing time to produce the malty fullness and fruity esters balanced with a lingering hop bitterness.

"The troops in India would be pleased to imbibe this one!"
